one of my favorites. besides the railings, the only thing that could be improved is the trim color. stucco is in great condition. columns are great.

this is a thoroughbred that would draw anyones eye. is there a term for the little supports atop the columns? it's a detail i've never seen before.

next week i will be featuring new construction, either still building or recently completed.
they range from very low end neighborhoods to 3000 sq ft monsters. i think you will enjoy them. |
