the porch of this house caught my eye as i was driving by. notice the gentle arch at the peak of the gable, and the repeat of the arch in the brackets.

the variation in bungalow design and detail seems endless. sometimes they are so subtle they go almost unnoticed.

The gentle arch is indeed a beautiful but small detail. I have never seen one like that. Thank you for sharing.

I am really hoping to get a few hours this weekend to go on a new bungalow photo shoot in Richmond. I know of plenty more houses, but the trick is finding the time and having good weather! Most of my prior photos have been with a light coat of snow. We have rain in the forecast this weekend, so let's see how it goes.
