Taliesen West is a fascinating place on a hill in the desert. It still operates as a school for Architecture and it is open for tours. Wright used some interesting builing techniques for the desert climate. It is worth the tour and the effort to visit. I have yet to go to the Biltmore in Phoenix. The Auditorium at the Arizona State Univertity is a scaled down version of a Wright project designed for Bagdad, Irag. The accousics in the auditorium are spectacular. There are several custom homes in the area as well. I am certain there must be a register of these homes and I have never seen a list as of yet. Perhaps your friend might be able to check to see if Taliesen has a record of these homes.
