this has everything in a simple, straightforward manner. stone tapered columns, exposed joist ends, sidelights around the door, nice window groupings, and a shed dormer.

I agree with all of your observations, bet you are loving those 16 over windows (is that correct?) and the sidelights. The only thing that throws me is the white chimney. When I finally updated my back bedroom into a computer room I painted it the same green as the main part of that house. Many were appalled but I think of it as a source of energy more than just a color.
