i caught this house in warmth of the late afternoon sun, which enhances the color somewhat, but still a bright and proud house.

Beautiful! The stucco almost looks like it was redone, but maybe the fresh paint is making it look new. That's a lovely "painted lady" effect with the bold variance of colors. Definitely stands out compared to the neighborind houses!

Thanks again for sharing. I tried to get out and snap photos of Richmond bungalows this past weekend, but it rained all day Saturday. Maybe this weekend.
