Here's a nice one with matching gable dormers, tapered craftsman columns set on piers and the wonderful exposed rafter tails.

that is a nice one. double dormers aren't that common on bungalows.
speaking of double dormers, i will throw in one for a chuckle... i almost had a wreck when i spotted this one. turns out there are a group of these on this street. ![]() |

eric, i don't know if it's your preference or where you live but you seem to select places with larger lots, it's nice to see some houses with a bit of breathing room.

Yes, we are lucky to have larger than average lots around my area. Sprawl has taken over in certain places, but there are plenty of older neighborhoods that were planned well back in the day with covenants to protect property from the McMansion syndrome. So most of the BOTD photos I am posting are not only cool houses, but they sit on very nice pieces of land. Don, that one is a monstrosity! Pretty darn crazy spikes for dormers there! I don't know if I have ever seen that extreme. Regards, Eric |

Those pointed gables means that it is Tudor and is should have all of the interior bells and whistles of a Bungalow or a 4-Square.
Cool house. Bev. |
