In these bungalow courts - one architect, similar designs, or one architect, multiple designs, or multiple architects? I assume that the houses are not really custom made but likely the court idea was to create a mini community of affordable homes, but still have some variety, so maybe just one architect, multiple designs, and likely just one builder for the whole court.
