classic bungalow. low wide porch, massive columns, gently sloped roof. the overhang on the shed gable is dramatic and adds to the overall sheltering quality.

thats the beauty of the period. there is such wide diversity, lack of strict definition, that a lot of nice architecture can be included under the term bungalow. maybe A&C is a better term, but lacks the feeling of warmth and comfort i get from bungalow.
