i saw a new book on the greenes at borders this week by noted photographer Marvin Rand.
it is mostly photos with only a written introduction. it is by far the best book on the greenes i have seen, with views and details of houses, interiors and furniture i have never seen before. if you are a fan of the pasadena style, this is a must. |

Don,
Thanks for the heads-up. I will see if I can find a copy. Is there a title to the book? Fred Fred (Moderator) http://fredz49.blogspot.com/ |

i was browsing the book, looking at pictures of the Ford house. the dining set that recently sold for $2.1 million was made for this house. the furniture in the picture i assume is the current stuff is entirely inappropriate and down right out of place, not to mention ugly...
