I just purchased this home in Buffalo, NY. It needs lots of work, but I see the potential. It has nice woodwork throughout. It served as a college frat house, so it's a mess. The Olmstead park across the street seems to be its best feature. I am hoping to change that. I began to take off the aluminum eaves and siding that is covering most of its original character. So far it isn't as bad as I thought. It has nice cedar shingles and clapboard, and rafter tails throughout. Has anyone ever seen two family kit homes? I was looking for some online, but haven't had luck. If you have any comments or suggestions on this restoration project, please feel free!.

I was just checking my resources ... International Mill & Timber (Sterling System Homes), Sears, Bennett, and others all had kits for duplex homes. Bennett was located in North Tonawanda, BTW. Is yours a top and bottom or side by side? Rikki |
