Is there a resource for locating real estate listings for homes in the Arts&Crafts style?

Why not stop by Real Estate Investing -{no link dropping} . The folks at the forums there would be able to help you out with this or other real estate questions.
oldhouses.com is the only website that I have been able to find that allows you to select the architectural style you are looking for, including craftsman, A&C, California bungalow, etc.; most realtors don't seem to have a clue about mission homes (at least not in New England).

Just wanted to mention that {broken link} also allows you to search for historic homes, though it is not a real estate sales site. It just lets the owners share with us the history of their homes!
