Hello Friends,
I have been busy working on the various things that will restore this staircase in a home that was built in 1842 and the stair case was part of what was destroyed. The part of the home built in the Federal style that was burnt has now been restored except the the stair treads and hand rails made out of Mahogany. Here are two parts of the newels posts that will be needed to restore these stairs. I had already posted some pictures of the stairway and now the newel post that had to be turned. Thanks for looking, Ralph Jones www.ralphjoneswoodworking.com ![]() |
