Hi Rosebudd. Plenty of A&C features there, although I assume the transoms are not original. The builtins, paneling, fireplace areas, general look of the exterior, roofline etc. all show strong Craftsman elements. There is a bit of late Victorian in there too.

Hey Rosebud,

If you can imagine your sunroom as a porch with those dramatic arches and painted white wood ceiling, you would have a wonderful tradational, inviting A & C porch. Sometimes when later owners enclose a porch, they mix the styles. The confusing feature is that the windows with the three vertical mulians is traditional craftsman while the windows in the arches are of a different style.

As for the side entrance, if that became a porch, you will lose the Victorian features of those windows.

If you wanted to emphasize the A & C features of your home, why not exchange your colonial dining room fixture for something a little more craftsman like in character? (Great rocking chair in the living room--nice lines and feel to it and a very unique carving.)

The light fixture on your porch is in keeping with the style of the house. Is it orginal or did you put it in?

Bev.
