We think this is a The Sherburne Sears kit home with a flipped floorplan. It was built in 1916 and sits across the street from the GVT home in my other post.

We just bought a house, they told us it was built in 1916- we found a piece of wood with numbers in it(burnt into the wood, not ink or paint), but the house has a couple additions made and has been altered inside so much, that it's hard for me to tell what it is
