This home has many similarities to the PRCH Style #435. Was there possibly alternate plans of this style? Notice the repair work above the dual windows on the front.

You're right - it does have many similarities but I don't think it's the 435. When Dale and I were out in LA, we found many of these "look-alikes" and therein lies the difficulty in identifying these little beauties.

Not to mention, there are so many of these Spanish Revival houses in California!

Thanks for posting the picture, though. I love looking at these houses!
