It's not a design I readily recognize as being from Pacific Ready Cut Homes, but that doesn't mean it's definitely NOT a kit home from them. I have about 300 designs in my field guide and that is by no means a full record of EVERYTHING they created.
There are some other things to look for, such as blue grease pencil markings on the lumber or built-in cabinetry, three-digit-numbers scribbled on framing members (which are the model numbers), original blueprints or other documentation (which would say "Pacific Ready Cut" somewhere). When I'm back at my desk, I'll pull out my handy-dandy field guide and see if I can find this design, but it doesn't ring any bells. {removed broken link} Rose Thornton author, The Houses That Sears Built |
